We use trusted processors acting under our instructions and under data processing agreements, including:

• Campaign management: MailWizz and related SaaS tooling
• Hosting/security/logging/CDN: reputable infrastructure providers

We do not sell personal data.

Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum and EU Standard Contractual Clauses, and we take steps to ensure comparable protection.

9) Retention

• Active subscribers: retained while you remain subscribed.
• Unsubscribe & suppression lists: retained as long as needed to honor your opt-out and comply with anti-spam laws.
• Logs/analytics: typically 12–24 months unless needed longer for security, legal, or operational purposes.

12) US-Specific Disclosures

• CAN-SPAM: Promotional emails include our physical address and an opt-out mechanism. We honor opt-out requests promptly.
• COPPA: The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
• California (CCPA/CPRA): We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as defined by CPRA. California residents may request access, deletion, and correction, and may limit the use/disclosure of “sensitive” personal information (we do not knowingly process sensitive categories for marketing).
